Since its foundation in 1963, C Blade has continuously evolved from a traditional forging company into a fully integrated manufacturer of high-performance turbine blades. Located in Maniago, Italy—at the foothills of the Friulian Dolomites and renowned for its centuries-old metallurgical tradition—our facility operates within a historic center of excellence in blade and cutting tool manufacturing dating back to the 15th century. Today, it encompasses the entire production vertical: from raw material processing and heavy forging to highly complex 5-axis CNC machining, non-destructive testing, and final quality certification.

Steam Turbine Blades
We manufacture a comprehensive range of forged and fully machined steam turbine blades, from high-pressure to low-pressure stages, with a strong specialization in large low-pressure blades up to 1,800 mm in length. Produced through advanced forging and precision CNC machining processes, and supported by expertise in stainless steels and titanium alloys, our components ensure structural integrity, reliability and long-term performance under demanding operating conditions.
Gas Turbine Compressor Blades
We manufacture high-quality forged and machined compressor blades and vanes for gas turbines, supporting a wide range of power generation applications. Engineering

Heavy Forging
High-energy drop forging hammers up to 50,000 kgm deliver superior metallurgical integrity and structural consistency, particularly for large and critical turbine blades and vanes.
Heat Treatment
Fully integrated heat treatment processes designed to achieve optimal mechanical properties, structural stability and long-term performance.
Metallurgical Testing
Comprehensive laboratory characterization including metallography, mechanical testing and fracture analysis to verify material integrity and compliance with stringent specifications.
CNC Milling
Advanced 5-axis machining solutions enabling tight tolerances and high accuracy on complex aerodynamic profiles.
Quality Control
CMM inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) fully embedded within the production cycle, ensuring full compliance with OEM requirements and international standards.
Surface Treatments Network
