THE PROTECTION OF THE PRIVACY OF OUR CUSTOMERS WHO INTERACT WITH OUR WEBSITE IS ENSURED BY SCRUPULOUS COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT LEGISLATION, I.E. EU REGULATION NO. 679 OF 2016 (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION OR GDPR). C*BLADE S.P.A. FORGING & MANUFACTURING (HEREINAFTER "C*BLADE") WILL PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER ONLINE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED LEGISLATION.

It is understood that this information is provided only for the website www.cblade.it. In line with the professional ethics that distinguishes all of C*Blade's activities, the protection of Personal Data is of great importance to us, the User is therefore invited to read the following information.

Definitions

The GDPR is the reference regulatory source in the European Union on the protection of personal data. This European Regulation sets out the rules and principles that must be followed by those who collect and process personal data of natural persons residing within the European Union in order to protect them.

• Personal Data: a set of information from which it is possible to identify a natural person (e.g. name, surname, address, tax code, etc.).
• Treatment: any operation carried out on the personal data of the interested party.
• The interested party: the user, natural person, of the Site, residing in the European Union, who provides his/her data (hereinafter the "User").
• The Data Controller: C*Blade S.p.A. Forging & Manufacturing with registered office in via Genova, 1, 33085 Maniago (PN) – Italy.
• The Data Processor: the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes data on behalf of the owner.

Sources and Data Processed

C*Blade only collects data that the user voluntarily provides as well as navigation data. Personal data collected through the Site may be provided by users for the purpose of registering on the Site itself. For the consultation of the "public" part of the Site (i.e. the one freely accessible by every user), it is not foreseen any provision of Personal Data by the user.

Navigation data relates to the User's operating system and IT environment, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Although this information is not collected to be associated to identified users, by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow them to be identified.

Purpose of the Treatment

The personal data provided by the User as part of the registration on the Site and the data acquired by means of automated procedures (e.g. cookies) will be used for commercial purposes and in order to allow users a better use of the site itself. In particular, Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:

All treatments, both automatic and manual, carried out by C*Blade are related to the purposes described above and are compliant with the legislation contained in the GDPR. C*Blade undertakes to process the data it owns in compliance with the following principles:

• Lawfulness: Compliance with the rights of each User and within the limits of his consent.
• Minimization: Use of the least possible number of Personal Data.
• Security: Application of security measures suitable for the protection of the data collected.
• Correctness: Tools for verifying the truthfulness and updating of Personal Data.
• Transparency: Measures to provide the User with all the information relating to the treatment.
• Limitation: Collection of data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
• Accuracy: Steps to promptly update, delete or rectify inaccurate data.
• Integrity and confidentiality: Adoption of best Data management techniques.

Transfer of Data to Third Parties

C*Blade generally does not transfer personal data to third parties, however it may provide the User's data to third parties for certain order management and accounting processes. In these cases, the Company may transmit part of the User's data to third parties responsible for the transport and delivery of the product.

Storage of Personal Data and Duration of Treatment

The Company will keep the Users' information in the terms required by current legislation and, in any case, for the entire time required to provide the requested services. Personal Data relating to the conclusion and execution of contracts will be kept for a period not exceeding 11 years.

User Rights

Each interested user will have the full faculty at any time to exercise the following rights towards C*Blade provided for by the legislation defined in the GDPR:
