We combine over 60 years of technical expertise and efficient equipment to provide Turbine Blades for Overhaul / Repair quickly and at competitive cost. In our warehouse there are hundreds of dies made during over 60 years of presence in the Power Generation market. Anyway, if the required die is not available or usable, we are able within few months to start from scratch and deliver a complete row of Blades. When required, Reverse Engineering allows blades to be quickly rebuilt from samples.

Integrated Supply Chain

For us it is fundamental to meet our custumer expectations in terms of lead time for the supply of Turbine Blades, especially in Ready to Fit scope. This aspect is crucial for our customers in order to be competitive in turbines overhaul / repair.

To be able to propose reduced lead times, we built a fully integrated supply chain including our raw material suppliers as well as our subcontractors for special heat treatments and for surface treatments.
